I enjoy being outdoors whether it's hiking, biking, camping, backpacking, relaxing, taking a dip in Barton Springs, observing nature, or playing fetch with the dog in the backyard! Fresh air is always right for me. I love travelling when I can and checking out different museums and cultures. Cultural diversity is a beautiful experience!

As i have been called "too logical" at work and in keeping with my perceived work personality, i still find "logical" stuff to do when not working. Specifically, i spend time watching tons of documentaries on as diverse and controversial topics as i can find. I find them to be an entertaining and relaxing way to substantially increase my knowledge on any particular subject.

I love to spend time at home with my mother and son who both live with me. My son is a huge NASCAR fan, so most weekends are spent watching races. My mother bought him the official flags used at the tracks. There is a lot of noise during a race! Did I mention he's 25?!?

@Ray Lindstrom It's become an obsession ... I accidently displaced 5 snails - I picked up some plant pots off of someone through Freecycle and found them in there. But my garden is very concrete so I created them an enclosure (see last picture for it's full glory, I made sure some bits grew in there for shade). They are Gary, Jerry, Mary Shelly, Turbo and Mr. Escargot.

Nothing brings me more joy than mountain biking and adventure racing. Though the joy of adventure racing usually comes after the race is done and we're reflecting.

The activities that bring me the most joy and help me recharge are undoubtedly travel and adventure. There's nothing quite like exploring new places, immersing myself in different cultures, and discovering the beauty and diversity of the world.

I like to spend time with my family including my kids. My son and I love to spend time in the woods on our family land.
