I would like to know if It is possible to freeze a column one's validation is given to make sure no more modification can be done.

Hello,
We don't currently have the functionality to freeze a column to stop further edits but you can submit an enhancement request for this functionality here so it can be considered by our development team for future implementations.
In the meantime, you can lock the column using the steps here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/522077-locking-unlocking-columns-and-rows so that only collaborators with Owner or Admin permissions will be able to edit and delete the column. Editors will be able to see the locked column, but they won't be able to edit the data in them.
