Import Excel file and include embedded images
Hi, I was not able to find a way to import an Excel file that has images embedded in cells, and keep those images when the import in complete. Is that possible? Am I missing something? Or do I have to re-import those images manually, one-by-one? Thanks in advance.

Why do attachments not work with Alerts?
I created an automated alert and selected the advanced columns to include the attachment but the recipient doesn't get the attachment. It works if I use an update request but I'm not really asking them to update anything. Should Attachments work with Alerts?

Permissions not allowing users to attach
Hello all, I'm having an issue with a smartsheet not allowing people outside of my company to attach things to line items. Everyone in the smartsheet has Editor - Can Share permissions. The folks outside of the company do not have smartsheet licenses, could that be the issue? They get this error
