Alerts not moving over with a 'Save as New' sheet or using a Template
Is there a way to also include existing Alerts (Notifications and Reminders) when creating a new smartsheet from another Smartsheet or from a Template?

Help Desk Ticketing with alerts that can be generated at 4 and 8 hours
We have just onboarded a customer that we want to track their IT service tickets using Smartsheet. There are two key Service Level Agreements that we need to managed to. The customer would like automated alerts generated at 4 and 8 hours. Is there a way to set up alerts based on hours vs. days? Thank you!

Hello, we are looking for a nice visual way to email data from smartsheet to clients regularly, without having to take screenshots or do anything manually. any ideas of how to do this within an email body? Ideally we would love to email a dashboard but this doesn't seem possible

Alerts and Actions Badge Number
With the new UI change I am sorely missing the Alerts and Actions badge number that told me how many alerts and actions are attached to each sheet. What are the possibilities of including that number in the menu next to the menu item as in my attached screenshot?

Hello, I have an 'Alerts & Actions' when a row is added to email out many cells. When this email arrives in my staffs inbox the cells are bright yellow. Is there a way to change the colour? - I would ideally like a less bright colour? Any help would be wonderful. Thanks Matt
