Add Attachments while filing a form

I have a Smartsheet form that my team uses for auditing processes. Is there a way to have a "Upload an attachment" option into the form?

yes. There is a file upload in the form builder. You just have to add it to the form. When you select the file upload option. It gives you the option to take a picture. Use camera role or attach a file

Can said attachment be send using an automated email workflow?

@Manin Yes as long as the attachment is the trigger for the workflow.

When you create a form, can you allow individuals filling it out to add an attachment? The Form Elements option seems to allow the form creator to add an attachment, but not the individual completing the form I create.

@C Forness That piece is for the submitter to add an attachment when filling out the form.
