Much like the sheet Activity Log, a log of communications sent out via the sheet would be very helpful. This would give sheet owners/users the ability to easily pull communications sent either via automated workflows or manually from the sheet, when individuals claim to have not received such communications. If an individual makes such a claim now, sheet owners/users have to rely on trust in application for delivery of communications.

Was also asking about something similar and found it does not exist in SS. We have sheets that ssend accept / decline approvals and while they are seen in Notifications, I can't do anything automated with them in SS. For compliance purposes, I manually copy the emailed notification to the approved row. Time consuming and a pain point.
