Tracking Missing Submissions
Hi!
Thank you for considering this problem, I am very new to Smartsheet. I have a form that I have 10 regions complete monthly. There is a due date for each month. I would like to generate a report of those of the 10 regions that did not submit a report monthly. How would I go about doing this?

You need to have separate sheet which contains a list of all 10 regions which are suppose to submit. Now assuming that in the form, they have to choose for which region they are submitting it and that gets stored in the main sheet itself, you can bring over the 'Created Date' to the secondary sheet using vlookup. In this way where you don't see a date, that would mean that those locations haven't submitted yet.
