Webform vs Request Form
I really like the Webform feature. It's made things easier with coordination and data entry. Could I also upvote a feature for Request Form (as an extra step)? It would nice if the submitted Webform goes directly to the sheet administrator first to approve before it goes to a sheet directly. Not because it's been submitted via Webform, it doesn't mean it's valid and approved until the administrator checked it off. The workaround is having another check-box column but our managers would prefer if an entry doesn't show to the sheet until it's been approved.

Have you considered having two sheets? One that has a web form that gets submited. Then once it is aproved use the move row capablility to move it to the other sheet that everyone else see?

Thanks, Bryan! That's a smart feature I've not used and thought about. I tested it and it worked! Problem solve.

Hi Jay,
One strategy I have used for this scenario is to have webform entries appear at the bottom of the sheet under a header like row. Then, the sheet admin can move the row up to the proper section once reviewed and approved.

+1 to this.
I can certainly see the value in having the updates moderated in many circumstances.
