現在、Smartsheet 管理画面の「Seat Type and True-Up」ページにおいて、アクティブユーザーが正しく表示されない不具合が発生しています。 【現象】- シートタイプレポートをダウンロードすると、対象ユーザーはリストに含まれている。- しかし、ブラウザ上の「Seat Type and True-Up」ページでは同じユーザーが表示されず、ライセンス付与や管理操作ができない。 【影響】- ライセンス管理の正確性が損なわれ、運用に支障が出ています。 【要望】- アクティブユーザーが正しく「Seat Type and True-Up」ページに反映されるよう、早急な修正をお願いします。-…
