Send notification 2 weeks after start date
I'm creating a training list template and would like to notify the manager 2 weeks after the start date of any tasks that are marked "not started" or "in progress". the issue is that I can only select a date from a calendar in my conditions but instead I'd like to make it "two weeks from start date".

Is there a way to turn off email notifications when the discussion user is me in Conversations? If not, I'd like to suggest a product enhancement. I did go into my Personal Settings and I removed the check from "Include my changes in sheet notifications."
