Does anyone know: How large can PDF attachments be attached to a form? Can you upload a WORD document, if yes how large can the WORD documents be? Is there a line restriction or character restriction when populating a response within a form? If yes, what is the line/character restriction?

Where is attachment saved
I have a form where people can submit attachments. I can access the attachments in the smartsheet, but where are those attachments saved? Privacy is a concern so I want to be sure we are being as careful with materials as possible.

Can you create a workflow that emails the line attachment as an actual attachment instead of a link?
I have a smartsheet that creates a certificate once the user details have been entered, then emails a copy of the certificate to the user once an email address has been added, but would be better if the line attachment was attached to the email instead of just a link to the attachment.

Edit message within scheduled "Send as attachment" PDF Report
I can see how to edit the recurrence of a scheduled "Send as attachment" PDF version of a report, however can't seem to figure out how to edit the "cover message" text that goes out with the PDF. What am I missing?

We have a substantial amount of Google Drive files linked (not attached) in our grids and have encountered a situation where we honestly need to rename them, rename some folders, and move others around - what's the best way to handle a situation like this without fouling up the links?

Report of attachments at Plan level
Allow System Admin to run a report of all attachments held in the Plan, with the sheet/report they are attached to and who the owner of the artefact is.

How do I get a report of all attachments in our Plan artefacts?
I have System Admin access but can't see how I can download a report of all the attachments we have in our sheets at a Plan level. Is there some way of doing this? Thanks!
