While creating a JIRA Connector, most of the Custom Fields are not appearing. Custom Fields created using the Jira Service Desk should also be available while creating the Connector Workflow so that all the fields are available in the Smartsheet which help us in capturing the exact data.
I've created a bi-directional Jira Connector, however one of my custom Jira fields Smartsheet is only showing as one-direction from Jira (Jira -> Smartsheet) where it used to be available in all contexts (Smartsheet -> Jira). It's now grayed out and cannot be changed. What could be the reason for this?
