Does anyone know how to correct error Status Code: 400 in the Smartsheet/JIRA Connector?
I am having issues getting my team's JIRA project connected to Smartsheet. I keep getting this error: Invalid response from JIRA. statusCode: 400, reasonPhrase: statusCode: 400, reasonPhrase: Has anyone else experienced this when trying to sync JIRA and Smartsheet?

Cannot access JIRA connector
I cannot access JIRA connector due to some errors. However, I can access salesforce connector. I have the enterprise license, I should be able to access both connectors. Can someone please let me know if I'm doing anything wrong? Or is there another access link? Thanks

Jira Custom Field Compatibility

Custom Jira Field Only One Directional (Grayed Out)
