Having issues with notifications being sent when it shouldn't
Hi I have created sheets where a Manager has to update the a column with yes and no. If there is a yes and no in the column then the notifications should not be sent. What am I doing wrong with my notifications? Please help!

Anyone else have Resource Management notifications automatically enabled at the account level?
