Japanese text gets garbled when exported into PDF/PNG.

Smartsheet work map
Does anyone know what happened to the smartsheet workmap, that beautifully displayed all of your sheets and users in a 3D space? It helpfully also highlighted users outside your domain. I tried the link recently and it doesn't seem to work any more. Has it been stood down as a function, or is it only available to some?
