No matching rows found when I try to create a report
Yesterday I asked, and David Tutwiler answered, how to locate the "create reports" section. This was helpful and I created a report. When I press "run" it says "no rows found." A coworker said I don't have a license and that is why? Please let me know. I can do many other things I was told individuals with licenses can't.

Can administrators be prevented from changing the order of columns on a project schedule sheet?
We have our PMs set with administrator permissions for their project schedule sheets. For reporting purposes and for linking cells we want to prevent them from changing the order of columns and deleting columns. Is this possible? We find if they have only editor permission it is too restrictive.
