Hi Smartsheet technical team, Very often similar projects or recurring projects follow the same time schedule where specific dates are unnecessary. Currently when an automated email is setup for a report, the attachment in the email will not include any summary data you have setup in the report. It would be fantastic to be able to have that included.
A built in way to place place a project on hold and the number of days in an on hold status be tallied. We have found that the Conversations are listed from oldest to newest. I would like to suggest that the user be given the option to change the default from newest to oldest and that the new comment button be listed at the top of that window vs at the bottom. It causes extra clicking and scrolling unnecessarily.
We are working on a sheet with some sensitive information in one section. It would be helpful to have the feature that if we collapse all applicable rows in this sensitive section into a parent row and then lock that row, that it prevents others from opening the section.
