Customize the invitation to join Smartsheet account
It would be nice to have an option to customize the invitation sent to new users to join your Smartsheet account. Customization may include quick summary of what is the Sign In process if using SAML or password. It may also include WorkApps Sign in.

Dynamic view @mentions - email not to take the user to the underlying sheet
the email notification to the @mention take them back to the underlying sheet, this defeats the purpose of keeping the user out of the base sheet. When the end user get the email notification, it should take them back to the dynamic view to add the comment.

Removing repeat subject line within the email
When an automation is triggered on a 'message only' email, the subject line of the email is repeated in the email. This is redundant information and it would be great if the email started with the salutation.
