The current header banner has text that washes out with the background. The text and background are so close in color that it almost makes it seem as if there's no text at all. Submitted Ideas Status
I'd like to see a summarized / categorized list of the submitted ideas and any status provided by SmartSheet of innovations underway. A possible ranking of items to be worked, next up, etc. Reading through the forums, some are very old and it's challenging to know if the item is being worked or not.

Comment Within a Comment
In larger discussions it is hard to have conversations on a topic that was mentioned within a comment. It would be really helpful (to me at least) if there was an ability to comment on a comment to keep the main thread clean.

Job Posting Area
It would be a good idea to have a "job postings" space for Smartsheet experts. I say this because I often need support and it's hard to find someone who knows Smartsheet and is available to do some specific work. And we have this community that brings together a series of SS users.

Vote on ideas inside the post
At the moment, it's only possible to vote in the overview, and I'd like the possibility to vote inside the posts as well, so you can vote when you're reading the description/details of the Idea or similar.

Ability to search existing ideas
Pinned article advises me to browse current ideas to see if my idea has already been posted. A search ability would make this easier. The current search only returns community posts, when I know for certain the idea has already been submitted. (I'm only looking for it to lend my support/upvote it.)
