Resource Management: Handling of Milestones
I usually assign a resource to a Milestone (task with 0 duration), but now in RM for Smartsheet, if I do so, the resource is considered as 100% booked. Form my point of view, if I do that, that should not be the case as the duration is 0. Or am I wrong?
RM -I have noticed that in SCHEDULE view (by WEEK) view, the month portion of the date is truncated.
