Force a format in a cell

Summary Report
We have created a grouping in a report. As per requirement, we grouped by date, but we need to remove/hide the highlighted information from the sheet. We have tried in the way Grouping by the column type "Month, Year" , but through that it is grouped by month name alphabetically so not fulfil my requirements.

User tried to add sheet owner as a Contact in a multi-select contact field, removes other contacts
I created a form/sheet that has the entire team as dropdowns in a contact field. When a user tries to add my name, it removes all other contacts from the multi-select field. Why is this and is there a fix?
