Automation Emails not sending
I am trying to set up an automated email to go out when certain criteria are checked. I only receive a notification, not an actual email. I've checked all the settings and whitelisted the email address, checked spam folders, etc. The emails are not coming through. Any ideas?

I was given access to Smartsheet this week but when I try to access a sheet in my workspace the message tells me that I do not have access to this item. My Admin has added me to the group for the workspace, as far as I know everyone else in the group has access.
Can I use a condition to remove a user from receiving weekly notifications on an automation?

Modified by automation instead of name
Good afternoon, If I send a request for info and there is a check box, if they click on the box via the request in the email, it says it's modified by: automation@smartsheet.com instead of Bob. Is there a way to get the person who clicked on the boxes name on there instead of automation? Thanks
