Gantt View - Option to split horizontally

Rich Text Widget - make it pleasurable experience to work with.
Whenever I have to work with Rich Text Widget it's somehow a nightmare. Especially if I have some more text over there... Copying and pasting inside text in the widget always puts me on the top of the page... Subsections work randomly sometimes... there is a lot of work to make it a flawless experience.

Inserting Columns in Reports
Previously we were able to insert a column wherever we wanted to within a report. Now when you add, it automatically goes to the end of the report, meaning I have to scroll and drag constantly. I would love to see that old functionality come back!
