Add 'sort order' to Filter Views
I love the Filter Views feature in Smartsheet, but it would be really useful to include Sorting options in the Filter View dialog as well. Some of my filter views require sorting by different columns, and currently it's a bit annoying have to manual sort each time I change a view.
Combine Contacts from multiple columns into a single cell
Allowing contact columns to be combined into a multi-select contact column would make team management and index sheets much more useful. If Columns 2 through 10 on my sheet are all contact columns, a formula like =Contact2@row + Contact3@row + Contact6@row should produce a multicontact cell, not a text cell. That wouldβ¦
Override Ability on Max # of Columns to be Deleted at One Time.
As Excel doesn't have this limitation, neither should Smartsheet. Please allow a confirmation dialog to override. When importing from Excel, I'm left deleting five columns at a time for 5, 10, 15 minutes.
Dynamic View - Search CTRL F doesn't work
Dynamic View does not have an easy fast way to search. We normally use CTRL+F to find what we are looking for. This does not work unless it's currently loaded on the page. The filter option works but it takes too much time to set up new filters every time you need to look for something. I would like CTRL+F to work and ifβ¦
Add Formatting to Column Headers
I would like the ability to add color to column headers or to rotate the text 90 degrees to minimize how long a sheet gets with multiple columns which would help visually on a dashboard. Visual from my dashboard currently where the column header can only display in grey:

Organize workspace
The only way to organize workspace is by alphabetical order. This is highly inconvenient. Possible to enable to admin to drag and place the sheet and report in an order that makes sense for the users?
Use Data Mesh to Move Attachments/Comments Between Sheets

Ability to choose what to display when using contact list in a column
Sometimes would like to just display Initials or just the first Name or just the last name and not the whole name. Would like the flexibility to choose what is displayed.

I recently started using Smartsheet Forms. One of the data types that I am interested in collecting is that of time in "HH:MM" format. Smartsheet does a good job having a variety of field types but I wonder if it could be expanded to include time?
