Customize the one click down for Card View or Gantt View in Reports
When you double click into a card/ gantt line, would love the ability to only show a sub selection of whatever columns were picked in the report vs someone having access to all that's available from the original sheet. Currently when we create reports, we love the clean view of only a few data points in a card view orβ¦
Backup to include Smartsheet formulas
The backup of a sheet should include the actual Smartsheet formulas and not have to implement some type of workaround for the backup. I search and there has been this ask for a couple of years. Sadly, we went to Resource Management and it wiped out all of the formulas in the one column and the formulas cannot be returned.
Print Dashboard Card View
Hi, I need to send weekly pdf of our dashboard. As of now, the card view sections are all empty when I print. Basically, there is no way for me to print a proper dashboard. Please add feature to add card view as a report and make it printable. Thank you!
Conditional formatting for dates that are X amount of time in the past
I have a sheet where I would like one column of dates to be conditionally formatted to show if the date is greater than 5 years in the past. For example, once a record is greater than 5 years old then it must be archived. We would like to easily see when this occurs or be able to create a workflow to move them to anotherβ¦
Collapse Columns
Similar to how rows can be indent or outdented and then collapsed/expanded I would like to see a similar feature for columns. i know I can hide columns but this would be different because It would be collapsed under a section.

Enable {{Curly Brackets}} in manual "Send Update Request"
Issue: {{Curly brackets}} donβt work in manually created update requests (right-click β "Send Update Request"), unlike in automated alerts. Instead of displaying cell values, they remain as plain text. Current workaround: Manually copying cell data into the message, since all included columns in "Send Update Request" areβ¦
Export Timeline View
Timeline is such a good feature, with a straightforward entry, as well as color edit. What isn't available is being able to export it on to PowerPoint or Excel. When is that coming?
Conversations Panel to have option "Mark as Unread"
I found the little red dot on the conversation panel is beneficial, when there is a new comment being submitted. However, having an option to Mark as Unread so I / others can go back to that conversations later, would be really useful, so we wont forget.
