Hi Smartsheet, I was wondering if there was a way to possible change the colors of a visual symbol? For example. Instead of using Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, we want to use Red, Yellow, Gray, Blue to indicate priority. Making a Comment
It would be nice, like there is the discussion field, to have something similar for comments. B?c i do view a comment different than a discussion. I hate to have to create another column for comments since sometimes they can get long. But if i know who and when the comment was made that would be nice.

I'm an advocate of the intuitiveness of smartsheet and use this programme over other PM software for gant chart use. Using Alert Feature
Hi- Is there any way to have an alert when something is added to sheet, not changed. Nonetheless, i am trying to use this feature but i have not recieved any emails "alerts" stating that i have changed something.

Can I build a resource pool to choose from for multiple projects?
Is there a way to build a data base of human resources (assigned to) that I could choose from when working within multiple projects? Is there a way to indicated allocation % of that resource so I can understand if certain resources are being over-allocated or under-allocated?

Using OR in filters
Is there a way of using OR when applying filters to a column? Currently if I try mulitple criteria, it seems to apply AND, which doesn't work for my particular filtering needs. Thanks all. Alex

I'd like to see an ability for Conditional Formatting to either; - reduce a row height to (1 line of text) - hide a Row And ofcourse add Shading etc. etc..... Cheers C

transfer rows form 1 sheet to another
Is it possible to add a micro that will automatically send rows from 1 sheet to another once a completion date in a colum has been reached?
