How do I publish only the calendar view?

Why would I be getting, "Sorry, we're having trouble reaching Smartsheet right now. Please check for any known issues at status.smartsheet.com or contact us at www.smartsheet.com/gethelp for help." The status.smartsheet.com page lists everything is good. Is anyone else having this problem?
Dynamic View - Filter and CSV Export
I have a dynamic view with both shared filters and ad hoc filters. When I apply either type of filter and then export the view to CSV, ALL of the rows are returned. The filter is ignored. Is it supposed to work that way or is it a bug? Either way, it greatly diminishes the value of the filter feature.
