Start Date based on Resource availability
I have a very complex schedule Im attempting to put into smartsheet.. I have been able to get the schedule to work and get the warnings that the resource is over booked. But is there a way to have the start date be dependent on when the resource becomes available?

Additional Approvals
I am trying to set up an additional approval process. For example, one manager will approve X and the second manager will approve on certain conditions based on a column, based on the notification of the approval from X. How can I set this up. Basically, having 2 approvals in a workflow.

Embedding a form into Dashboard
I am currently overhauling PTO dashboards for my company. Each dashboard has a link for an individual's sheet that records time off and the related request off form. Is there a way to embed a single form to the dashboard and have it link to individual's sheets instead of 15 different links?
