Asset management with smartsheet
I think there is an opportunity to have an asset management software link with smartsheet to make maintenance management better but simplier. Use Reports to create graphs on Dashboards
I think with the extreme power of reporting on smartsheets and being able to get all the data you want in one place from multiple sheets, you should be able to link the report to create a graph rather just embedding the report into your dashboard. You can do both the report embedded but create a graph with the data as well.

User expandable text boxes for form fields
We have an intake form that have several multi-text lines where users often enter multiple paragraphs of detailed information about the request. It would be helpful for them to be able to expand the text box to see more/all of what they have entered without scrolling.
