When I add a hyperlink in the description of a card and save my changes, the link disappears and is not visible if I want to then share the card, has anyone found a way to get this to work?
Having some issues being able to edit my brand guidelines brandfolder. I'm an admin at the org level, we had the style guide built out by an outside resource. It is set to public access and I need to update some materials within but can't figure out how to accomplish.
I need Smartsheet support to deactivate the Resource Level Limit Feature on my account so I can add additional admins. I'm supposed to have 6 but only see 4 assigned and am told I'm at my max.
