Hi--just looking for the data on how many uploads were made in a given month. I can only find data for downloads and users. I get the weekly email but would like to see more details on my Brandfolder site. Thank you
Currently Brandfolder is tagging files as duplicates when they are not. They are similar images however they have different file names and yet one set of assets is tagged as duplicate and deleted. How does Brandfolder decide what a duplicate is? Can this be changed or tweaked on a client-side level? I'm not sure how to fixβ¦
Having some issues being able to edit my brand guidelines brandfolder. I'm an admin at the org level, we had the style guide built out by an outside resource. It is set to public access and I need to update some materials within but can't figure out how to accomplish.
When I add a hyperlink in the description of a card and save my changes, the link disappears and is not visible if I want to then share the card, has anyone found a way to get this to work?

Hi All, I am testing the Brandfolder plugin for Canva and disappointed by the search. A search for Brand logo pulls up inaccurate assets and unfortunately there isn't much flexibility to the plugin search. Has anyone else had more positive experiences?

So Brandfolder has implemented AI tagging in the Advanced feature of General Settings. I went ahead and turned it on. But when I attempt to search for photos in various sections and type in various keywords that I think would identify a particular photo, nothing is coming up. I'm not understanding what is wrong here. Iβ¦
If I'm replacing an asset with an updated version and do not want anyone to access the old version, is there a way to delete it?
Is it possible to customize the Links that appear above the Sections so that not all are visible to all Collections? This would be similar to how Pins are customized for Collections. I can only see "Add Link" at the Brandfolder level, and I have 3 links saved, but my Collections don't display any links. I'm unable toβ¦
