Reporting is still not working. The Smart Sheet Status page shows it is working properly, however, I cannot run reports.

Is it possible to send a specific person an alert when a row is edited?
For Example, when John's row is edited, send him and alert. But when Joe's row is edited, do not send John an Alert, instead send one to Joe. Right now I can only send alerts by column. If SS does not support this directly, is there a workaround?

Using Links with Symbols
I would like to use a Symbol designation (Red, Yellow, Green) for one of the fields in our sheet. When I try to link that cell to another cell in a differenet Smartsheet, the cell changes from the symbol to a text field. Is there any way to link cells and keep the Symbol formatting?
