Parent and Sub Parents not rolling up

Max number of entries in drop down list?
Hi; Is there a limit to the number of entries in a drop down list? Would a list of 1200-1500 names have an impact on performance? We don't need validation or conditional formatting (e.g. red for a value is entered that is not in the list). Are there best practices for a task like this? Thanks in advance, Andrew
Are Unique IDs for Columns, Cells, etc. truly unique?
Simple, but important question when dealing with the API. Are the ID's for each column, row, and sheet unique across all workspaces or are they only unique relative to the environment they are in?
