I am trying to set up a formula that will subtract from a given value, each time that item is found. I have a form that my team will be using to enter data (item) and how much they found (subtract from value). In turn, I need to have a running total of what is still not reported for each item.

Archive Comments?
Is it possible to archive comments on a specific row without deleting them all together? I'd love to be able to archive them to be able to read at a later date, but want to just see new / unread comments on each row that we need to take action on.

Report not following set up description
I have built a report that is suppose to show those tasks that are not completed by the due date. I've set it up to look for "today" or "in the past" when "the status ball is not green". On a few of the tasks it still lists the task in my report even though the status ball is green. Any ideas on how to fix that?
