Automation template not working
I am trying to use the automation template in a work plan sheet, where when I change the project status column to "completed" the "% completed" changes to 100% on the row. I have even tried to reverse it, and say when % completed = 100% change project status to Completed. This seems like a very simple ask, and is a bakedโฆ

Notification Automations - Links in messaging
When creating a notification automation that includes a url directing a receiver to a report, dashboard etc., sometimes the url that I copy and paste into the message us not clickable, and the receiver has to copy and paste. Is there a step that I am missing to make is a clickable link?

Dropdown Question
Is it possible for dropdowns to filter by value? For example, my dropdown options are: Solar Battery, Winter Battery, PV Panels, PV Interconnections. If I type into a cell that uses this dropdown and enter โBattery,โ none of the battery options appear. But if I type โPV,โ then both โPV Panelsโ and โPV Interconnectionsโโฆ

Suddenly receiving multiple emails titled "Your Smartsheet Order has been Activated"
Starting a couple of days ago, I started getting 2 or more emails a day about my account being activated. I have a monthly subscription but have never received this type of email from Smartsheet. The email looks legitimate - the sender is "reply_to@Smartsheet .com" - except for maybe the greeting, which is "Dear Customer".โฆ

Uncategorized items in timeline view
Hi, I have a sheet setup which has a number of columns one of which is called category. All values in this are filled in but when i go to timeline view - some values are showing as uncategorised.
