Date calculation ignoring a date?
What's a good idea for calculating backwards from a date counting all days (including non-workdays) and ignoring a date (we can call it a holiday if we like since the workday function calls it that). I.e. is there any other date calculation function that has the "Holiday" parameter besides Workday?

Dashboard - create table
I just start using dashboard in smartsheet & couldn't find any topic on this. I want to create a spreadsheet table in the dashboard, which can also be edited by my colleagues. Is there a way to create the spreadsheet table in dashboard? If not, what is the best solution so my colleagues can keep updating the information?

Automation
Do the automation 'rules' stop once one of them has been actioned? I have a sheet which emails employees whose certification has expired. Some of them have two or more expired documents, but my automation seems to only send the first email. (Hopefully that makes sense when you see my screenshot!)

Contributors and removing access
Hi Within our company we have a number of 'free' users, in the event of said person leaving is there any easy way of removing their access or is a a case of going into each smartsheet and removing individually? Rs Abbie

Can viewers of a sheet use the barcode search function?
I have viewers that are being sent update requests for tools that are allocated to them. It would be good if they can barcode scan an item to see if its the one they are allocated to.

Forms - Customization
I have created a form from a Smartsheet and when I preview it, it appears to be correct. I have left out columns that I do not need to have a user enter. These are a checkbox column and also three columns at the end which I use for formulas/metrics. Is there a way to hide these in the form?
