It would be convenient if we were able to actually create automation rules via the api rather than just modify. It would also be nice if the API automation functionality was improved, it's pretty limited.
Give the ability to move the Conversations window to the bottom so that the SmartSheet is visible in full width.
For accounts that rely on templates, having the ability to lock the column name (not the entire column) would be very beneficial for reporting purposes! We have several admins using our templates, but we can't restrict them from changing the column names.

It would be nice to be able to add a user to a group when creating their account. In the current set up it is two step process so many users end up not getting assigned to groups. If this was coupled it would make the user and group management more effective.
