Add "Links" to row action indicator column
With so many organizations using Sharepoint, Teams, etc. now, it would helpful to have a dedicated spot to include Links to documents/files just as Smartsheet has made available the Attachments window to attach documents to sheets (even if it is to just document the link existence versus a "click to go to" feature).

Comments for Conditional Formatting
When creating conditional formatting, it would be helpful to have a Comments field where you could add context on what the formatting is indicating, and why it is doing it. Open Sheets in New Tab/Window from Reports
In a report, we have a column that links to all the project sheets that have been pulled in. When you click a link, however, it opens it in the same window, so you lose your place in the report. It would be great to have an option to click it and open in a new window or a new tab instead.
