Sometimes, mistakes happen and someone may adjust column properties, names or other sheet functionality that the owner may not want. Maybe the person who made the changes meant to make them on a COPY of the sheet and accidentally made them to a master sheet (we recently had a similar scenario happen). It would be GREAT if…
Please add the ability to multi-select objects and apply sharing. At the most basic level, I would like to have the ability to select multiple objects within a workspace/folder and apply a new sharing permission to all of them without affecting the existing sharing they each have in place. Ideally, I could choose to apply…
I would love to have the ability to efficiently clean up object sharing within a workspace by simply reverting a sheet's sharing to match the Workspace with one click.
I recently discovered that a folder within a workspace (which has the look and feel of a folder) does not function in the same way as the workspace itself. When creating a report I may want to focus on a subset of items in a folder and ensure that it syncs anything within that folder. In my case, my workspace contains…
I was working through some configurations with Resource Management and Control Center, and was hoping to see if there's any roadmap to make any of the default Resource Management project fields mappable to data from a Control Center intake (Specifically Client and Project Code). I know we could create custom project fields…
Excel has hierarchy visualizations (Create a sunburst chart in Office - Microsoft Support) including the sunburst and treemap options. These type of visuals are very effective at displaying organizational information. Recommending creating these for dashboards in SmartSheets with prioritization to sunburst over treemap.
It would be useful if a project's "phase" could come from a cell in Smartsheet so the phase of a project doesn't need to be updated in two different places. Example: A project moves from Planning to Execution. As a PMO Manager, I would like to be able to update that in the Smartsheet Portfolio Rollup Sheet for that…
I've seen other requests and am looking for data about number os users who visit the page. Is this possible? Simple data like on a sharepoint site - just number of unique users per day. viewable in a chart and downloadable into an excel. We use a calendar to publish date and company happenings - would like to be able to…
The last comments field in JIRA is not a selectable option in the connector. It would be beneficial to add the last comments field which provides valuable information. It defeats the purpose to have to go back to JIRA to see the last comments.
One of the key functionalities with the JIRA connector to Smartsheet is the ability to have information and updates flow bi-directionally from JIRA to Smartsheet for project tracking. Without the ability to sync the 'comments' field from JIRA to Smartsheet, we lose a big part of the efficiency of having them connected.…

I recently started using Smartsheet Forms. One of the data types that I am interested in collecting is that of time in "HH:MM" format. Smartsheet does a good job having a variety of field types but I wonder if it could be expanded to include time?
I found the little red dot on the conversation panel is beneficial, when there is a new comment being submitted. However, having an option to Mark as Unread so I / others can go back to that conversations later, would be really useful, so we wont forget. Currently when clicking on the conversations icon, the red dot will…
We have sent out over 2,000 letters this year using the generate document feature and we have loved being able to generate these in Smartsheet. But, in those situations where a counterparty pushed back on the language we had to then go and draft the letter in Microsoft Word. I learned at Engage there is a workaround, but…
