Hyperlinks and Attachments within Notifications
We use the notification function a lot for reminders for form inputs and would love to see this feature enhanced to allow for hyperlinking and attachments.
Dynamic View Comments Tab on Dashboard
We love dynamic view and use it for external vendors. However, it's very confusing that the Conversation Tab is called comments, it should be Conversations just like it is in a smartsheet sheet. Thanks, Kelly
Data Table clean up
There is currently not a way to clean up data tables efficiently, only continue adding data to them. Would be good to be able to run some type of clean up on the table to remove data that is no longer needed. This would also help free up server space.
Customizable view options in Smartsheet Card View
I think it would be usefulΒ to be able to customize the Card view in Smartsheet grids and reports to include additional view options, such as by date or other custom columns, instead of being limited to the default options like "status", "schedule health", or only being able to view by columns that are dropdowns or symbols.β¦
Smartsheet integration with PowerPoint - Link to Cell Data for Real-time updates
Suggestion: Create an integration that allows PowerPoint files to link directly to individual cells in Smartsheet, so that edits to the smartsheet propogate to the powerpoint file in real-time.
Sheet Look up for dropdowns
There are so many times that I need to create a dropdown list from information on another Smartsheet that is routinely updated. There is no straightforward way to do this. It is cumbersome to do this via data shuttle, and I have gotten errors when trying to so do. It seems like this should be a very simple function.
Table View: Prevent Chrome Save Pop-up Window with CTRL+S
I'd like you to somehow disable the "CTRL+S" functionality when in Table View. Grid Edit in Dynamic View
Please allow a grid-edit option for dynamic view so that a user can edit multiple entries at once. It is very time-consuming and cumbersome for a user to only edit records one at a time from the details pane.
Unread Comments
From a Smartsheet update regarding Conversations in Sheets: " Conversations in sheets Select theΒ ConversationsΒ icon to open the conversations panel. There, you can view comments for the row, the entire sheet, all comments, and all unread comments." I cannot see all of the unread comments at one time when I use the filter.β¦
