Folder sharing while limiting workplace sharing
Now that smartsheet requires that any newly created items be assigned to a workplace, please provide the option to share a folder within a workspace without sharing the entire workspace.

Easier way to share sheets to users in an "Assigned Too" or other contacts column

Removing Decimal on Task Duration When Added to Report
I have a report of every project timeline in my portfolio and an average duration calculation grouped by project phase. I would like to have the averages be displayed as whole numbers but there is no way to remove the decimal place on the report. Include "Row ID" in Power Automate's "Get a sheet data" Action
The "Get a sheet data" Action in Power Automate does not retrieve the Row ID. That fact makes working with the "When a new row is created" Trigger very limited in usefulness as there isn't a way to directly associate the triggering row and the sheet data. Recover deleted attachments through Activity Log
I opened ticket #06169967, and they recommended submitting the product idea. After deleting items and saving the sheet, we can no longer recover items from the Activity Log. Recover should be added additionally to the snapshot option.

I understand the need for the new pricing model implemented for Smartsheets. I would like one more free permission level added if possible. For those that just need to change status or date, could we have columns that are designated for limited user. Maybe two or three columns that are assigned to a person that they canβ¦

Expand Minimized Screen Default View
The name column is minimized, and the Sharing column is expanded, can't think of a single scenario when I need to even look at the sharing column. I would heavily recommend the name column be fully expanded to show the name as that's what I'm looking for when selecting items in Smartsheet, it would require less clickingβ¦
