While creating a JIRA Connector, most of the Custom Fields are not appearing. Custom Fields created using the Jira Service Desk should also be available while creating the Connector Workflow so that all the fields are available in the Smartsheet which help us in capturing the exact data.
One of the main smartsheets we have is for scheduling. We have the parent and children tasks. The parent has a "Build Order" and all the tasks have that same build order but then have task numbers associated. This allows us to change the build order as we need by sorting the sheet by build order then task number (the main…
We issued Surface Pro 7+’s and Surface Pro 9’s to managers to use in the field now that Smartsheet has become the main system for work orders and assignments. For some reason, when using the browser or app on these devices, we are unable to scroll by touching the screen and swiping up and down or left or right. We can…
It would be really great if in the security controls or even admin user settings to be able to block the ability to export sheets (to excel or anywhere else) the user is shared to to help protect PHI/HIPAA. There is currently not a way to do this without changing their permission level and users still need to be able to…
Could you develop a fix that makes sheets automatically disconnect from Resource Management when they’re deleted—either initially or when they are permanently deleted after 30-days. It’s quite annoying to hunt down a deleted sheet—because you have to know the owner—and when it’s permanently deleted, you see that there’s no…
Hiya, Asking this question again as I have still seen no solution here. In a gantt chart is it possible to align the week number with a financial year? In our business our financial year starts the first week of July - This however comes up as week 27, not week 1. Cheers
I am working on the integration of MS e-form and Smartsheet using MS Power Automate. The flow works, however the information populate at the bottom part of the sheet. Is there a way to add a setting (same in Smartsheet form) that the new data/row will show on the top part of the sheet (make this as default).
While the spacing of items on any given view is nice on a big screen, it's terrible on a laptop. Anyone trying to do work on a laptop screen can only view a few columns and a handful of rows at a time because there is so much whitespace at the top of the page and on the sides where icons and row numbers are. Currently, on…
Please give us the ability to change the column size within metric widgets. It is very difficult to get good spacing with a forced 50/50 column size. Couple examples here: If I could adjust the right-side column size, I could have a perfect metric widget. Please Please 🙏
Hi Community, Welcome to the Product Feedback and Ideas space where you can help shape the future of Smartsheet! We really appreciate your feedback and will take all posts into consideration. If an email bounces back to Smartsheet, we don't know. We're assuming that emails from a sheet automation are arriving where intended. If not, we have no way of knowing. I'm proposing that Smartsheet notify us that an email was undeliverable.
Add validation for hyperlinks to forms in order to prevent users from submitting form with text in a field asking for hyperlinks only. Users frequently type "none", "NA" or ask questions in the hyperlink field despite clear field labeling, help text and training. Having the ability to validate if the data entered was a…
I would like to display a KPI if a condition is true ([boolean field] = true). Scenario: I have a helper sheet checking data entries for errors and a second helper sheet counting the errors. I would like to display a KPI on the dashboard showing the count of errors only if errors exist. The KPI then points to a report that…
