I use a lot of cell links and very complex formulas. Often when navigating a sheet I need to look at multiple rows but when I hover over a cell with a large formula it pops up, blocking my view of the information I need so I spend a lot of time fighting my schedules just to get information. Be able to add a user or group to all of the project lists in WorkApps
I need to add a manager to all projects in my Portfolio Workapps (SCC) and there is no way to do that without touching every project setting and adding a user. So, I have 117 projects and I have to go into each one to give someone permissions.

Document Builder - Add "Remain Fillable" options for fields
Currently if you generate a PDF using Document Generation, all mapped fields lose their "Fillable" status once the PDF is generated, even if the source cell from the Smartsheet is blank/null. It would be nice to be able to have a setting per field if it should "Remain Fillable" after generation so that it can be editedβ¦

Group Multi-Select Dropdown and Multi-Select Contact Columns within Reports
It would be great if we had the option to group line items in a report by options selected in a dropdown column. Ex. If you are viewing projects within a global campaign and have "country" as a column with the fixed values for all the available countries. Drag and Drop in Timeline view
It would be great if I could move the boxes around in Timeline view by dragging and dropping. Currently the only way to move them is to edit the dates in either the box details or the grid itself.

Separate Access Sheet report between internal and external users
The sheet access report for us exceeds the 1,048,576 rows so we can't see a full report of sheet access. Perhaps one way to solve this is to create one report for external users and another report for internal users. OR come up with a text file export since excel has limits.

Phase Shift in Resource Management - don't revert to start of the project
When using phase shift, reverting back to the start of the project. Can you please correct this, so the current screen will be the phase that you are working on and not to the original start of the project?
