Hello! What happened to "Update Reports" in Control Center? Does anyone know why this was removed and what is the alternative?

I am trying to create a pivot table based on a column that has a dropdown menu allowing multiple selections. Is there a way to do this cleanly so that the pivot table just pulls each individual option instead of including each unique variation of multiple selections?
