Smartsheet Sources/Destinations in Data Shuttle Not Loading
Title says it all but wondering if anyone else has this experience and knows what to do in addition to contacting support? If I'm doing an offload or upload, whenever I click on "select the source/destination sheet" this is all that happens, for hours, with zero change, just these two spinning dots. It worked fineβ¦

Dynamic View is not finding users when trying to @mention
Users that are shared to the Dynamic View cannot be @mentioned. In fact, one user in question can CREATE a comment but then can't be found when @mentioned. How is this possible?

With Control Center, is the Global Update feature also able update automated workflows?
I used automated workflows... a lot. We're looking to purchase Control Center, but it is not clear to me if I will be able to update my automated workflows across multiple sheets in the event I have a common change or update to make.

Hi, When we use Smartsheet automation, by default the email will be sent from Smartsheet automation. Is it possible to share the Smartsheet automation from any particular email.

Data Shuttle to merge changes / add rows not working
hello, I am testing data shuttle to add new rows from an excel file while also updating the information of existing rows with the same unique identifier, but it appears that only updates work and no new rows are added. Anyone have any experience with this? Thank you.
