Hi, If I set up a rule that all past due dates are color-coded red, but somebody else goes in and changes the text color to blue, will it override the conditional formatting? Can I lock it so that it can't be changed? Thanks!

Creating a customer Work Order form.
Good day! We are looking to change our current system of work orders (creating it manually on a hard copy) to doing it via Smartsheet. There doesn't appear to be a template already in existence. Exporting whole spreadsheet including gantt into excel
