How to set-up net-30 days in Smartsheet
Although seems very elementary to set this up, however, I am having the toughest time trying to build this "net-30" into our invoicing report. Can someone help me out? Thanks in advance!
Conditional Formatting Help
Is there a way to highlight a row when a box is not checked by a certain time. We are trying to use as sort of a time clock, and our boss wants a way to easily track who is not on time. For example, making the row highlight to red if the box is not checked by 8am. Does anyone know a way to do this?

Viewing other users on your account.
My manager and I are admin users on our account and add people to Smartsheet. The other day she was searching for someone I had added but couldnt find them. I then searched for the person and found them straight away. Why can I only find users I have added and she can only find the users she has added? Thanks

Formula to highlight a cell
What would the formula be if I want a cell to be highlighted in a particular color depending on the entry in another column. Example: If column A has the word "Light" in it then column D is highlighted yellow. Thanks!
