We use the "find" function every day in the selected Sheet - using Control-F to bring up a search box. However, this function is unreliable - it doesn't always highlight the selected row in which the search has been asked to look for. This function needs a little tweak to make it more user-friendly.
Does anyone have an explanation for why Smartsheet alphabetizes the same items differently depending on where you're viewing them? I wonder if this occurs elsewhere too.

I so love the Data shuttle service that enables me to expedite data from other format sheets into my Smartsheets. Nice one, really love this feature.

Anyone else ever have this thought when designing/building a solution? I tend to draft out different scenarios on a piece of paper and test them in Smartsheet to document the outcomes. What is a good practice you apply when designing/building your Smartsheet solution for yourself or clients?
