We do not have a Resource Management subscription. It is quite annoying having users call requesting access to it due to the fact that there's a very hard to miss Icon on the left panel on every page that opens it. Can this icon be disabled/removed by us as admin?

Resource Management - Report of Over-Allocations?
Is there a way to get a report of anyone in the tool who has no assignments (0% allocation) or is over-allocated (>100% allocation)? I can view this information at a glance live in the Schedule tab with the Allocation Heatmap, but I'd like to export the information in a table (name, email, allocation percentage).
