Can I combine 2 rows on a sheet?
I have a sheet with 2 separate forms. The first is completed when an injury occurs. A second form connected to the same sheet is completed after an action is taken. Is there a way to connect the two entries that are submitted at different times, but relate to the same incident?

I'm trying to wrap my ahead around using RM and how the project plan incorporates into it. Are there templates that work best with RM? I also wanted to know if the change mades in the schedule in RM will appear and reflect on the project plan automatically?

upgradin license from pro to business error
My company has purchased a business account and is trying to invite me and my projects into the business account. I keep getting an error, "This consolidation is not allowed for the new user subscription model." We were told this should be an easy transition but we dont see how to merge without losing all my work.

How can I edit the name of a managed resource in Resource Management
When I go to "People", and try to edit one of the managed resources in Resource Management, the name is greyed out and says This person’s name, email, and profile picture are managed in Smartsheet. Learn more. When I change the name in the Smartsheet Contact List, it doesn't update in Resource Management. Why is this?

Hi everyone, I’ve renamed my Smartsheet, but when I click on the Resource Management icon, it still shows the old name under the Resource Management title. Could someone advise how to amend this
