Has anyone used Smartsheet to create a User Request Form or User Access Requests Form?
Typically, URFs or UARs have been paper-based. I am wondering if anyone has created and successfully implemented a system to not only track the overall requests but to alert the various people across the organization if they are assigned actions based on the system(s) they oversee. Thank you.

Why does my date automation disable with work management connected to column?
I have a intake sheet. When a new row is added, automation records the date in a column. I want to use the project added column as a start date in the Resource Management but I get a error shortly after when connecting, saying automation is now disabled. Can I combine 2 rows on a sheet?
I have a sheet with 2 separate forms. The first is completed when an injury occurs. A second form connected to the same sheet is completed after an action is taken. Is there a way to connect the two entries that are submitted at different times, but relate to the same incident?
